Maybe there is already a solution for what I tried to describe here: https://discuss.atom.io/t/share-browse-optimize-keybindings-with-others-and-discover-install-related-packages/18520 If not, maybe some improvements could be made?

I overrode ctrl-up with scroll up and that shows properly, but move line up still shows. It would be nice if non-active keys were marked somehow. P.S. I really like...
