On delete item, parent node remains in GUI

In some cases (needs to be confirmed), when deleting a node with children, the children stay in and get assigned to the deleted node's parent (as they should), but the deleted node itself still has an entry in the GUI. Steps:

1. Open a complex file with several interconnected trees
2. Select a node (B), that has a parent (A), and children (C1...CN).
3. Hit the button "Delete Item (all Trees)".

• Expected: C1..CN are children of A, B is removed. • Observed: C1..CN are children of A, B is still visible as child of A. Clicking B will show no fields.

Note: After stopping and restarting TreeTime everything's fine, B is gone.
