better error message when choosing wrong database

Better error message when the wrong database is selected Write "Could not connect to database ! Try resetting midvatten settings and then select database again. " Then do not forget to reload the default layers ( " F7 " ) .

The following features are ok so far: Midv Settings , TSPlot , XYPlot , Stratigraphy , Drill Report.
