export to spatialite not supporting Capitalized Columns

The export function checks for identical columns between new and old databases, and capitalized columns are not identical to non capitalized. The main issue is with geometry column which can be called Geometry in old databases.

A current work-around is to export the database twice and transform the coordinates the second time.
