Instagram Plugin Setup Error

I received the following error when trying to setup the Instagram plugin:

error_type "OAuthForbiddenException"
code 403
error_message "You are not a sandbox user of this client"

Got the same problem: {"error_type": "OAuthForbiddenException", "code": 403, "error_message": "You are not a sandbox user of this client"} Tried several times with Safari, Chrome, Firefox....imposible

I've readed the instagram documentation about that : https://www.instagram.com/developer/sandbox/

Every new app created on the Instagram Platform starts in Sandbox mode. This is a fully functional environment that allows you to test the API before submitting your app for review. Sandbox mode is ideal for developers who are new to the Instagram Platform and want to explore the API Platform, as well as for teams that need multiple clients for development, staging, and other non-live environments.

Maybe an application registration is needed. Any idea ?
