Device settings - show Transcoder Quality setting, but does not work

Hi,

an issue I found is that the tuner device shows the "Transcoder Quality" setting as per the HDHomeRun EXTEND, however this does not do anything, I assume because it tries to send transcoding commands to the tuner which are not interpreted since it tries too use the EXTEND's transcoder. Any setting I put creates the same kind of file, as it comes from tvHeadEnd, and are quite large.

It would be useful if the tuner is treated other HDHomeRun devices that do not have a transcoder, thus showing the "Convert Video While Recording", which makes Plex do the transcoding so as to reduce the file sizes.

This could possibly be done by changing the model number.

I am going to try it out.

I tried changing ModelNumber, FirmwareName and FirmwareVersion, it did not affect, still shows "Transcoder Quality" instead of "Convert Video...."
