device not enabled after fix

Added the Fix for device not enabled today, but Plex still shows device not enabled

i found the following to work:

1. setup tvheadend correctly
2. git clone tvhproxy and set settings
3. run tvhproxy
4. delete all DVRs in plex
5. restart plexmediaserver
6. add DVR and channels
7. let the DVR fully complete
8. restart again plexmediaserver and it then shows up correctly

for some reason ive found plex is caching DVR stuff and if maybe 1min its the DVR goes off then back on, plex always thinks its down until you restart plexmediaserver
