Docking widget causes irregular behavior

To reproduce:

  1. Start ZK with local widgets enabled (Esc -> Settings -> Misc.) and Docking widget from this repository (i.e. not the default ZK one).
  2. Enter tweakmode, play with moving and resizing Chili Core Selector (the widget with the idle builder and comm buttons).
  3. Toggle docking widget on and off.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 as needed.

Core Selector Window will "randomly" resize itself, or demonstrate other bizarre behaviors including resizing in the wrong direction. Occasionally the widget will crash with a stack overflow.
