Please allow disable item numbering in TextReportRenderer

When using TextReportRenderer, adding a single entry can generate a very large diff because all existing entries that sort later than the newly added entry are renumbered. Please consider providing a way to disable the numbering feature so that changes to the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt files are easier to review.
