Assembly 'Microsoft.Maui' Version=1.0.0.0 uses 'Microsoft.iOS, Version=16.0.0.0 which has a higher version than referenced assembly 'Microsoft.iOS' 15.4.300.0 -- FAILED.

For the record, the problem was reported to VS Feedback [here](https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/CSC-:-CS1705---MicrosoftMaui-uses-Micr/10170928?space=8&ftype=problem&preview2=true&q=+which+has+a+higher+version+than+referenced+assembly+%27Microsoft.iOS%27), but that item is marked closed as a duplicate of this issue
