MacRelix: hang on netshare

When trying to list a network share with ls, it just hangs. A force quit is neccessary to kill it, MacRelix cannot be Quit but the window can be closed.

Possibly the async I/O support (which is only used with network shares) has bitrotted. I'll set up file sharing somewhere and give it a try.

For now I've disabled async I/O for iterating directories. Please run upgrade and try the latest MacRelix.
