How to change "Has Headers" settings on a per-file basis?

I open a lot of CSV files, some with headers and some without, changing the settings changes it for all files.

Is there a quick Ctrl + Shift + P > Show/Hide First Line as Header option that will apply this only to the current file?

There is no way to override this setting for individual files, but it would be nice to have. There should be overrides for other settings as well.
