Column header issue apparently fixed per #168 is back. Update of headers in underlying CSV file does not update the preview/CSV Viewer

Per issue #168 this was fixed. Update of headers in underlying CSV file does not update the preview/CSV Viewer. CSV Clear state or refresh does not work to fix it either

@mmezei Can you provide more detailed steps, as I am unable to reproduce this issue with the latest stable version (4.0.50).
