Horizontal scrolling does not work when all rows currently are filtered out

Steps to reproduce: Open the preview of a CSV file that has enough columns so that the horizontal slider is visible. Now combine multiple filters to filter out every single row of the file. After that, try to scroll horizontally. It won't work unless you clear any filter to make sure at least one row is displayed again. It won't work does mean you can move the scroll bar however you want, or drag the middle mouse button, but the display is not updated.
