Hang during downloading when a file contains a colon ':'

Example: ia download Atari1020PrinterPlotterDocuments

It never completes.

I'm running on Ubuntu, downloading to a CIFS share on a BTRFS filesystem.

Hm, the colon shouldn't matter (I just tested on mac and ubuntu now to double check). What version of ia are you using and what version of Python?

Are you on a slow connection? Perhaps you're stuck on the Atari 1020 Printer:Plotter documents_images.zip, which is ~500MB, and it just appears that it's stuck?

How long did you let it run?

ia v1.7.7 (binary version), Ubuntu v16.04.3 LTS I let it run for hours. My connection is 100Mbps down 10Mbps up. Other items of similar size complete quickly.
