Bug: UI issue when displaying in different orientation.

To reproduce:

1. Display the chart in portrait mode
2. Enable landscape mode

Actual behaviors:

• The tooltip is not working properly
• The chart bar does not match their X-axis label
• Can only scroll horizontally with a limited size

Expected behaviors:

• Should work the same way in portrait mode
