Template Hadoop Basics graphs do not work!

Hello,

I face a problem with hadoop basics graphs which give "no data" all the time! When I check the items I find a "not supported" signs beside all related items. I aware that a part of the solution is in create-agar-item.py file, but unfortunately the documentation misses where to locate this file! please, could anyone help me?

used os: ubuntu 14.04 Zabbix version: 2.2
