Allow having cpanm in non-standard location

Use whatever cpanm is available in $PATH

Using whatever cpanm in $PATH may not be a good way. There's a chance that I have a whole other version of perl and cpanm somewhere outside of $PATH. How about implementing it as a command line argument?
