tsfile是一个时序数据的文件存储格式，与自定义的文件相比，开放的read接口中有时间、值、频率等过滤条件，便于读取。 segmentation for varied working conditions等功能是tsfile之上的IoTDB数据库项目的功能，目前还未开源，预计年底进行开源。
