I have downloaded Jitsi 2.14(tried with jitsi-2.14.721-win-x64.zip and msi installer) and installed jdk 17, In Windows 10 x64 OS. Registered clients as Registrarless SIP account.

I am facing following issues:

  1. When I go to Options Video Preview, the app crashes and shows Exception Access Violation error in crash report log file.
  2. When Video call is made, no video is seen in both ends. Black screen is seen.
  3. When I try to test chat Or sending message option, when clicked on chat option, it will not open chat window at all.
  4. Voice call is working fine.

Above issues are noticed with the Jitsi 2.14 release from github. Also same issue is faced when I have compiled Jitsi 2.14 in my PC and tried.

Kindly help, is this bug exists in Jitsi 2.14?
