@saghul
This is by design. Regardless of the permission mobile users cannot share their screen and camera at the same time.
This is for performance reasons.
Hello @saghul , It does not open at the same time. While one participant shares the screen, another participant gets permission to share the camera & screen screen. The camera of the person sharing the screen becomes active, but they press the camera button and the camera does not turn on.
I added a sample video => https://lifeboxtransfer.com/s/284cb4b5-f7b2-493b-b4c1-a4f7c174ec4d
I was not able to reproduce it on iOS (it's what I have handy right now) are you able to test there? Using the latest 23.7.0 beta.
It happens on Android devices. I was able reproduce on 23.6.1,23.7.0 versions
@Calinteodor can you PTAL?
Not able to repro. If a participant share his/her screen, camera is disabled. If another participant starts in the same time to share, camera is disabled as well for that participant and for the previous participant that is sharing. If one or both of these participants stops sharing, camera is enabled again and can be turned on or off.
Did you test by using the "video mute evetyone" moderator control, like in the video?
So, yeah, sorry. With moderation, Android cannot open video again. Weird. Looking into it.
Hi @saghul @Calinteodor , Is there any progress?
