Additional setting to be able to create anonymous polls

Currently users do not have the option to create anonymous polls, so it may be a good idea to add enableAnonymousPolls setting to be able to do that.

Here is one proposal from where the users may check the anonymous checkbox:

And here is what the difference will be with now in the poll results if the polls are anonymous:

The 'Show details' link is now hidden, and there is an Anonymous text to let the users know that the answers in this poll will be anonymous.
