We need a method to modify UI of notifications in jitsi to add a dial in button.

Problem Statement: In meeting users face many different kind of problems like network issue microphone or video issue, so we get its relative error notifications, so we need a way from which we can add a dial in button beside OK button in notification message and on click of it user will be able to add his phone number and join the call from phone.
