saml/shiboleth auth

Unfortunately the app does not support saml/shiboleth auth. If the jitsi server is set up with this authentication method, then the app just locks up, when trying to sign in. It would be really nice if the app could either provide in-app authentication frame, or at least a link to log-in and create the room in the browser (before being redirected back to the app).

Actually saml auth seems to be supported and we identified the root issue to be CSP frame-anchestor headers set on the login page.
