Switched to communicate via BOSH (XEP-0206) instead of plain XMPP

  • use smack 4.0.7
  • new configuration options for BOSH connections
  • tested and seems to work well, at least with meet.jit.si ^__^

dismissing the preservation of plain XMPP communication for now, will look for it in spare time
