can't hear other people's voices

Hello,

We can't hear other people's voices, but can see the video，and the following error log was found in jicofo：

Jicofo 2020-08-14 13:43:06.843 WARNING: [29] org.jitsi.jicofo.LipSyncHack.log() No corresponding audio found for: [email protected]/jiangnanxu-0893b3d0 ' source-add' to: [email protected]/41457382

is the above error cause ?
