Jicofo health check error on 1.0-567-1, thought jitsi works fine

After start, health check report 200, then some seconds later, it reports 500 and then always answer with code 500. There is no messages in log file during the check.

Attached jicofo log file with logging set to FINE. This logs starts with a fresh jicofo start, then a few requests to health answered 200, then 500. jicofo.log

OS: Debian buster Java: openjdk 11

I just did the upgrade to 1.0-589-1, available today. I then get a 404 on jicofo health check, then digged into jicofo commits (doc. is pretty outdated :() and found "org.jitsi.jicofo.health.ENABLE_HEALTH_CHECKS" option. Setting it to true makes the health checks working again! Would be nice if such option can be documented ;)
