Failed to enable unit: Unit file \xe2\x80\x93now.service does not exist.

I followed this tutorial to install jibri https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S43-A1N_COE I have my jitsi server running in azure ubuntu 18.04 vm I booted using a generic linux kernel, installed all things currectly but when entering systemctl enable –now jibri I get this error Failed to enable unit: Unit file \xe2\x80\x93now.service does not exist. Any ideas how to fix it?
