jitpack.io JitPack Fails to Resolve Public Dependency — “Please Sign In First” Error on Public Repo

Describe the bug Dependency resolution via JitPack is currently failing for a previously working library. The issue appears to be related to JitPack’s authentication, which now returns a “Please Sign In first” error even for public repositories.

To Reproduce 1. Navigate to the following dependency URL on JitPack: https://jitpack.io/#tbruyelle/RxPermissions

Expected behavior JitPack should list the available builds for the repository and allow resolving the dependency without requiring authentication (as it did previously).
