Artefacts no longer accessible - deleted but no rebuilt
Describe the bug It seems to me that after some time the actual files from a repository are deleted, perhaps by the cleanup police, but the site still shows that the files exist. When you click get it, it does not rebuild it. But if you look at the log file, it realises that the file is missing and starts building it again.
With this workaround I could solve my problem for now, but I have to do this again and again (maybe every 4-8 weeks?).
It would be nice if the artefacts were kept as long as someone was accessing them. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use a dependency for a while (4-8 weeks maybe?)
- The dependency is deleted and can not be downloaded anymore
Expected behavior Keep artifacts as long as it is accessed and downloaded by people or rebuild it if someone access it again

May this is not an issue anymore, i dindnt had this for a while, i will check it.
