I think this should be "94% Used":

I'm also not sure why there is a percentage for "Allocated"? It is 100% - "Used", in which case "Free" would probably a better word. The value however is the allocated amount.

Also in MHz overallocation the used percentage is off:

The bug is likely in this math if you want to give it a stab
