Show the entry count on pages that can have a long list of entries

For a production environment, it's not uncommon to have, for example, allocation count in the hundreds or even thousands. That's simply too long to count manually. Showing the number of entries on the page, taking into account the filter setting, would be very helpful.

I think this should be implemented on all of these pages:

• Jobs (and its type-specific children)
• Deployments
• Allocations
• Evaluations
• Clients
