Add ssl backend support and cut and paste for consul keys

since I use this application from my laptop to connect to Consul, and I use it with acl token, it would be nice to use SSL backend to connect to consul. Of course, it's not only the case of my laptop. We might need to connect from one server to a remote Consul server.

Other topic, I've seen another Consul Web UI Consul-tree which has copy/paste feature. I don't know how easy is to implement this feature, but it would be nice to have.
