`getnelson/nelson` seems to be abandoned

While looking for tools to support GitOps in Nomad I stumbled upon your listing of getnelson/nelson. Looking at that project's repository, it seems like there hasn't been any activity in the past two years. See https://github.com/getnelson/nelson/branches/all

If it is abandoned, then it would make sense to remove it from the list. Thanks for maintaining this resource btw.
