Hi, I have performed an analysis using the Cell-Cell Contact, Secreted Signaling, and ECM-Receptor interaction categories from the CellChat database.

Goal

I would like to generate visualizations of the results in the following ways:

  1. A combined plot that includes interactions from all three categories.
  2. Three separate plots, each displaying only one interaction category:
  • Cell-Cell Contact
  • Secreted Signaling
  • ECM-Receptor

This will help compare the interaction types individually while also providing an overview of all interactions together. What would be the best approach to generate these plots? Let me know if additional details are needed!
