can i take the spatial spot as singlecell to run scRNA group cellchat analysis

Hi developer, I had 8 10x spatial data, and i want to output the single cell(scRNA) plot, and then i want to runing the spatial spot like single cell, can i use it this way? is that right to running spatial data like single cell? Any advice would be appreciated.

the spatial can not set the group health or diease group for 8 spatial sample to running the spatial interaction analysis object.list <- list(sample1= sample1, sample2 = sample2,sample3=sample3,sample4=sample4) can not set the sample1 and sample2 into group health, sample3 and sample4 into disease
