Extra information about USizer2013 is needed

Hi Jinwook Jung, I find that it does not support gate-sizing and the notice is to contact the authors/devlopers of USizer2013/2012. But I do not know how to contact the authors and do not find anything about it. I wonder whether you can give more information about it and how to get the approval to use it. Thanks
