CPL and BOM files

I am very interested in this project and want to create it for myself. the problem, however, is that I cannot make the pcbs because there is no cpl or BOM files, and I do not have access to the Altium editor. I am willing to pay for the files or the fully manufactured boards, but I need some help please.
