What's all this? Amazing work. You've really done a lot to flesh it all out and make it more accessible.

Instead of merging this, I think I would prefer to just add a note to my README pointing people to your fork for a more modern version, as I'm not comfortable maintaining code for which I don't have the hardware to run on. Would you be okay with that?

Sorry, the pull request was an accident. It was suppost to be a pull request back into my branch, but I miss the fact that with forks GitHub defaults to the parent. A note in your README would be fine.

As for what’s all this. The quick summary is last year I released version 1.0. It has a rewritten g-code parser (independent project with unit testing) and added a number of Mxxx commands that mostly deal with the pen setting allowing g-code files to be independent of the specific SphereBot they run on. You can still take advantage of all this without the touch screen by just setting the compiler directive ADAFRUIT_TFT_TOUCH_SHIELD to false.

Version 2.0 will free your SphereBot of the USB tether letting you select and print files without being attached to a PC.
