I have got the same problem,but i don't know how to deal it, can you give me your any contact, and help me??please!
@kuiba0324 this repository isn't maintained anymore and does only support Swift 3.1. Instead use my fork vknabel/vscode-swift-development-environment which supports Swift 4.x.
Also ensure you uninstall jinmingjian.sde and install vknabel.vscode-swift-development-environment (called "Maintained Swift Development Environment") instead.
I hope this already solves your problems. If it doesn't, please open an issue here.

Currently Windows is not supported, but if you wish I can give it a try. Though it may take a while.
According to https://github.com/jinmingjian/sde/pull/36 the problem on Windows seems to be related to the different path schema (/ vs \ etc)
