Stuck everytime saving (for 12GB file)

current setup: ask where to save everytime after done downloading, it asked to save, then after it's done, it stuck (firefox not responding), sometimes big files has no issue (6GB), restarting firefox will asking where to save again (which is good), but it stuck again afterward (stuck at 4.4-4.8GB).

can I know where the file located so I can move downloaded files manually so it won't stuck?

EDIT current workaround is to save on /tmp (ramdisk) then move it to proper place.
