Watching videos as they are downloading

Hello. I want to be able to watch mp4 files while they are downloading. Can you make it so that files are saved in the download folder as soon as downloading starts?

Maybe something like this: Add an option "download directly into Download folder" If this option is on, file "somerandomname.mp4" is saved as "somerandomname.filesize.mp4", just so I can check later if it was downloaded completely. If filesize isn't known ahead of time, save "somerandomname.mp4" as ""somerandomname.unknownsize.mp4"
