Drag 'n Drop and Move up 'n down buttons

Please add Drag 'n Drop with multiselection support on download list, to make possible the reorganization of the list easily. And also a context menu entry or even better new toolbar buttons, to move selected downloads up, after or next the current download, and other button to move selected downloads down to end of the queue.
