能不能把ExoPlayer解码器加回来

自己用ai优化了一下微软翻译tts插件

修复了一些错误

新增音频格式，39种音频格式选择，实测全都能用，部分格式需要在软件设置中开启ExoPlayer解码器

可是最新版TTS Server貌似把这个解码器给删掉了，能不能把ExoPlayer解码器加回来https://files.catbox.moe/no23ym.json

默认便是Exoplayer的解码器且不可更改
