please append persian language to everyone button.

I maked an xml for you if need. also default configurations and group names are confusing blinds them will be persian. also the biggest problem is complexity and checkmarks the are not normal! when I check one of them others unchecked! blind cant understand what happend! also we need more help about rules. to use other tts easily for other languages. for example one for english and one for persian without coding.

please help persian blind community dont take them to an infinity darkness and silence.
