Getting a link error while trying to build feature-viz using VS2022 and VS2015

When trying to build feature-viz I am getting the following link-error ``` Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error LNK1104 cannot open file 'yolo_cpp_dll-d.lib' feature-viz C:\lightnet\feature-viz\vs2022\LINK 1 ```
