Request for Octopus Tool Test Data
Dear Dr. Wang,
In the "python gen_data.py" script, I noticed the use of absolute file paths. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with more information about the format of the input data. For example, the data.nml file references multiple ".bin" files, but I couldn't locate them in the project repository. Additionally, I observed that the code expects variables "nz, ny, nx" and ".grid" format files as input. I would like to inquire if the program can accommodate grid files in formats other than ".grid," especially if I intend to use output data from other ocean models, such as the FVCOM model.
Furthermore, I am wondering if you could kindly share sample data with me, as I am relatively new to this tool.
