Hm, ok if I read it well you just want to have a shortcut menu at the top of the page showing you some favorite entities of that room.

Personally I think it might be a bit redundant since not many people have that much devices/lights in a single room. Also I can't make it conditional (so these 'favorites' will always be static and not dynamic to the amount of times you use a light for example).

Lastly, you can basically already do this with the view_selector addon, just set a tap_action for the buttons. I will however look into this and might add some form or another to the project.
