bug: ' grant permission ' request and links to new tab instead of options. Also not syncing correctly.

chrome-extension://icpgjfneehieebagbmdbhnlpiopdcmna/options.html would be a better direction for opening a new tab first (or after sync) Currently, it opens the new tab, but it doesn't sync, so it's just the default...
