Management options via json/config file?

Similar to uBlock Origin here: https://github.com/gorhill/uBlock/wiki/Deploying-uBlock-Origin

It would be nice to be able to push this extension out with a policy that the administrator sets in the Admin console via a policy. This includes the inability to change any settings on the users end and what to redirect the new tab to. I looked around and I could not find any reference to this so forgive me if I overlooked it.
